Recipe for Cheesecake

I'm planning to make this during my semester break.


= Pineapple Cheesecake =


Ingredients


Set A


  1. 24 pieces of Marie biscuits

  2. 125g butter

Set B



  1. 1 tin of pineapple rings. Cut up.

  2. 4 tbsp pineapple water

  3. 1 can of Nestle cream

  4. Half packet (1 packet= 250g) Philadephia cheese

  5. 5g gelatin

  6. 2 and a half tbsp sugar

Instructions



  1. Use ingredient set A. Rub butter into finely crushed Marie biscuits.

  2. Make the cake base by pressing the mixed biscuits into a big-plastic-disposable container.

  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour (at least).

  4. Put ingredient set B in a pot, mix well and bring to boil. Not too long or else the mixture will be oily.

  5. Let the mixture cool for about half an hour then spread evenly onto the cake base.

  6. Refrigerate to firmness.
