I'm planning to make this during my semester break.
= Pineapple Cheesecake =
Ingredients
Set A
- 24 pieces of Marie biscuits
- 125g butter
Set B
- 1 tin of pineapple rings. Cut up.
- 4 tbsp pineapple water
- 1 can of Nestle cream
- Half packet (1 packet= 250g) Philadephia cheese
- 5g gelatin
- 2 and a half tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Use ingredient set A. Rub butter into finely crushed Marie biscuits.
- Make the cake base by pressing the mixed biscuits into a big-plastic-disposable container.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour (at least).
- Put ingredient set B in a pot, mix well and bring to boil. Not too long or else the mixture will be oily.
- Let the mixture cool for about half an hour then spread evenly onto the cake base.
- Refrigerate to firmness.
